Pedro Neves, Ph.D., is Full Professor of Management at Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal. His research addresses leadership, organizational change and occupational well-being, with publications in the Journal of Applied Psychology and British Journal of Management. Recognized among the world's top 2% scientists in 2021, he co-edited the Handbook of Methods in Leadership Research and serves as Associate Editor of The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science.
